Naples Office Adds 200th Agent!

Set as a goal for 2005 and achieved with a month to go, the Naples office of Amerivest Realty announced the addition of the 200th agent/client. The office, opened in the fall of 1998, has never merged or acquired any other brokerage. Each client was added one at a time, based on the value Amerivest Realty can provide its independent contractor/members. It's a real confirmation of the success of our business plan, especially since we don't penalize agents if they want to leave the company. There is no one with Amerivest Realty who doesn't want to be there. This is especially important in maintaining a very positive attitude and air about our company.

The Naples office is now poised to become the leader in the Naples market as it's planning a second 12,000 SF facility in the heart of Old Naples. When we first opened in Naples we chose a part of town that had little competition. Now we are ready to go head on and see what happens. We look forward to the challenge.
