She currently resides in the Fort Myers community of Legends Golf and Country Club. “I like the people, the area, and the camaraderie of those who like myself, have migrated from the chilly northern states.”
Prior to her career in real estate, Pat attended Old Dominion University as well as the Goethe Institute in Berlin, Germany. At one time she was a radio announcer for the Armed Forces Network in Berlin, and later for WDEB Radio in Pensacola, FL. She was formerly the owner/designer of Jojana Knits in Chicago. Becoming a Realtor® in 1979, she became an entrepreneur in her own right once again.
“Thirty-seven years later and I still love what I do. I love the flexibility, to be in charge of my own career and earnings, and having more time to spend with family.”
Pat has a daughter, Kemberly Allan, and two grandsons, James and John. At home, Feline friends Snookie and Antonio “bad boy the mischievous” keep her “in stitches with their antics.”
In her free time Pat enjoys playing tennis. She is a member of two inter-county leagues. Every year she travels to Europe to attend the French Open tennis tournament. She also plays Mahjong once a week, enjoys bike riding, and always tries to make time for the beach.
As far as charitable causes, she is active in the Philippine American International Society aka PAIS. “We raise funds for various causes mainly underprivileged children and families. At present we are raising funds for “Kids in Sports” and all funds will remain locally in Lee and Collier counties.”
One last interesting fact about your Realtor® Pat is that while attending the Goethe Institute she learned to speak German, although she admits now she is a little rusty.
