“Who’s number 1 in Naples? Beverly Coffey thinks you are!”

Beverly Coffey is as enthusiastic about life in Southwest Florida as she about her clients. Born and raised in Centralia, IL, she graduated from Southern Illinois University. She and husband, Bill, relocated to Southwest Florida over 25 years ago.

“Living in Naples, FL is like living in paradise! I feel like I grew up with Naples. It still feels like a small town in many ways, and there is something here for everyone, from Little League to the Philharmonic.”

Beverly switched careers from automotive sales to real estate in 1989, taking full advantage of the “resource” at her fingertips: her spouse. “I’m married to the best real estate broker ever, and had the best trainer anyone could find. It’s been fun having the same interests as my husband, and having satisfied customers, whether it’s a first time home buyer, retirees looking for their piece of paradise, or investors wanting to get into our market.” But she is adamant that, “getting to share my career with my husband is what I love most about real estate. We’ve been married 46 years and were true high school sweethearts. I was 15 when we met!”

The Coffeys recently joined Amerivest Realty. “In 2012 we were given the wonderful opportunity to work for Amerivest Realty” says Beverly. “The company has a stellar reputation with wonderful agents, and the highest level of technical support anywhere.”

In the community, Beverly supports several organizations including The American Cancer Society and The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. Among her favorite pastimes are Mah Jongg, golf, rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and the SIU Salukis, and making “guinea pigs” of friends and family when trying new recipes. The Coffeys share their home with Sassy, a four year old West Highland White “Terriorist”, as Beverly refers to her dog. Daughter Nicole, son-in-law David and granddaughter Sally live nearby in Naples.

Beverly is anxious to help you find your place in paradise!
