Realtor® Profile

Kelly Delfino was born in Massachusetts and resided there long enough to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Middlesex College at Bedford, MA. Today a Naples resident, she enjoys “Sitting on the lanai in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds and looking out at the pond and La Playa golf course. I prefer the sandmen on the beach to the snowmen up north.”

For over a decade Kelly has been in the property management business, helping customers maintain and manage their homes. Her home watch and concierge services have included running errands, cleaning, party hosting, and remodeling projects, all of which she describes as fun! She brings the same enthusiasm to her real estate career, eager to share her love of Southwest Florida with her clients.

“Becoming a REALTOR® has allowed me to extend an additional service to my customers, with the same professional, helpful and fun attitude I would appreciate if I were in the market to buy or sell.” Meeting new people, seeing the excitement in the eyes of clients when they find ”that” home, and the satisfaction of assisting with what is potentially the largest purchase of their lives are what Kelly loves most about the real estate business.

Of her broker Kelly says, “I chose Amerivest Realty for the friendly, helpful office staff, who made me feel at home the first visit, the best computer technology in the market, and the help to learn it all, too!”

Some of Kelly’s favorite pastimes: Gardening, especially growing orchids, rooting for the Boston Red Sox and Patriots, and going on cruises (trips to Ireland and Italy are the top two on her bucket list). She is devoted to the fight against breast cancer and works for the cause alongside Naples Bossom Buddies, a local breast cancer support organization.

Kelly and husband John Delfino have four children between them ranging in age from fourteen to twenty-seven. Their Jack Russell Terrier, Chloe, rounds out the family.
