Stephanie was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. She relocated to Naples, Florida in 1999 to escape the cold and to enjoy the carefree Floridian lifestyle. “I love the small town feel the city of Naples offers along with the perks of big city living, such as the wonderful shops, restaurants and arts.” A perfect day spent in Naples according to Stephanie for visitors includes enjoying the day at the beach, watching the sun go down, taking a walk on the pier, and then eating somewhere along 5th Avenue or Third Street South. She suggests that if you have more than one day to go on a trolley tour and have lunch at a one of the wonderful beachfront restaurants, followed by dinner and dancing at the Mercato.

Stephanie’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Kent State University. From there she worked for over 15 years in retail and marketing. Her experience in retail management included, but is not limited to Neiman Marcus, The Limited and Victoria Secret. She worked in marketing for five local physical therapy offices. “I have had the experience in selling everything from high-end fashion to furniture, candy and medical services.” Now that list includes real estate.

An interest in real estate developed when she was looking for her own home in Naples. She was intrigued by the market and fascinated by the changes since her move to the area. Once her youngest headed off to kindergarten, she retired from six years of being a stay at home mother and began her real estate career. She chose to join Amerivest Realty in 2012.

When asked what she loves most about her current career she says “the people!” She is very much a people person. She enjoys meeting new clients, finding out their background, what they are looking for and how she can help them find their dream home. She says she also appreciates the flexibility that a real estate career provides.
